Target Contractors Insurance Services (TCI) is proud to announce that the PHCC Nevada has endorsed our agency as the preferred insurance representative for their members effective June 1, 2011.
If you were at the May luncheon at Desert Pines Golf Club, you heard us talk about the benefits this partnership brings to you as a member of the PHCC-NV.
If your business places your insurance program through TCI, you will further support our association through member loyalty. You do not even have to switch agents! Because TCI is a “wholesale” insurance agent as well as a retail insurance agent, we can work with your current agent to place your insurance program. So, if you already have a great insurance relationship, ask your agent to contact us when your policy is due for renewal. We can assure you, they will be happy to have another avenue available to market your insurance program.
Our General Liability carriers offer several endorsements that we know are important to contractors – such as Additional Insured, Primary and Non-Contributory language, Waiver of Subrogation, Designated Construction Project General Aggregate – all of those endorsements that your larger contracts usually insist on having. Depending on the size of your premium, we may be able to place your GL coverage with a market that will not require an audit at policy expiration – saving you time that you can spend doing what you do best, instead of worrying about insurance company compliance issues.
